Discussion platform as an interactive form of learning for future teachers to master the fundamentals of inclusive education of children with disabilities

Abstract. The research aims to demonstrate the practical significance and effectiveness of applying interactive forms of learning when teaching the fundamentals of inclusive education to students in the field of pedagogy. The article presents pedagogical experience on the productive use of a discussion platform in the format of a press conference as an interactive form of learning involving students of the Kazan National Research Technological University. As a result, the positive outcomes of using this form for the personal development of students in the training program 44.03.01 Pedagogical Education as part of the discipline “Inclusive Education of Children with Disabilities” were identified and characterized: an increase in the students’ level of motivation, communication skills, interest in the topic of discussion, and creative abilities was revealed. Scientific novelty lies in the following: the research demonstrates how discussion platforms can be integrated into the educational process. Specific recommendations are provided on the use of discussion platforms in the educational process on the fundamentals of inclusive education, which can be realized by teachers in pedagogical universities.
