Abstract. The aim of the work is to analyze the concept of worldview in the axiological philosophy of Max Scheler. The article discusses the forms of worldview: an absolutely natural worldview, a relatively natural worldview, an educational worldview, which differ from each other in their views on the world, on oneself and on God. Particular attention is paid to the study of the relationship between worldview, science and philosophy in the teachings of the German thinker. Scientific novelty is associated with the analysis of the three main modes of worldview, identifying the relationship between worldview, science and philosophy. As a result, it was found that in Scheler’s concept, the worldview, as a set of really existing and interconnected contemplative and value data, represents forms of “vision of the world” that are structured by social entities and constituted in the syntactic structures of languages, ethos, and religions.
