Linguo-Culturological Analysis of Fiction Text at the Lessons of the Russian Language and Literature at the Senior Stage of Secondary Education

Abstract. The paper proposes methodology to teach linguo-culturological analysis of fiction text considered as a unit of language, speech and culture to senior pupils. The article describes an algorithm for working with fiction text, reveals peculiarities of step-by-step linguo-culturological analysis by the example of L. N. Tolstoy’s story "The Cossacks". The authors describe methodological techniques and educational activities in the process of linguo-culturological analysis; identify its role in teaching the Russian Language and Literature at school. Scientific originality of the study involves developing an algorithm for working with fiction text as a phenomenon of language, speech and culture. Using this methodology allows achieving disciplinary, meta-disciplinary and personal results. By the example of L. N. Tolstoy’s story "The Cossacks", the authors reveal peculiarities of step-by-step linguo-culturological analysis of fiction text at the Russian Language and Literature lessons; identify optimal methodological techniques to integrate this activity into educational process.
