THE FORMATION OF THE CONCERT VOCAL PERFORMANCE IN CHINA IN THE 20-30 OF THE ХХ CENTURY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the process of the formation of concert vocal performance culture in China in the 20-30s of the XX century. The author marks the main milestones of this process, primarily related to the activity of the leading educational institutions in China, as well as the names of outstanding vocal pedagogues and music figures: Huang Ji, Li Baochen, Zhou Shuang, In Shannen. The role of China’s cultural dialogue with Russia, Italy, the United States in the development of concert performance and the formation of a new audience tradition in the field of vocal art is noted.
