KNOWLEDGE AS A VALUE FACTOR OF CORPORATE CULTURE MANAGEMENT

Abstract. The article investigates the knowledge component of corporate culture. Corporate culture is associated with the development of knowledge, the economic way of thinking, which determines the main directions of corporate policy. It is substantiated that in the management of corporate culture the sense orientation of knowledge serves as a purpose and value. The authors reveal the problems of the development and introduction of corporate philosophy based on the principles of social and ethical responsibility and self-learning organization.
