"ABILITY TO PERSONALIZATION" AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN ACTIVITY OF PERFORMING SCHOOL LEADER (BY THE EXAMPLE OF S. S. BENDITSKII’S PIANO SCHOOL)

Abstract. The article considers the significance of the musician’s professional and personal characteristics in the formation of the performing school. The creative activity of S. S. Benditskii, which had a significant impact on the development of piano art in Saratov, is analyzed through the lenses of the personological theory of an individual. "The ability to personalization" appears as a fundamental factor of piano school formation in musical performing art.
