FORMATION OF SOCIAL POLICY OF ORGANIZATION: THEORETICAL APPROACHES

Abstract. Basing on scientific literature analysis, the article substantiates the need for the formation of the social policy of the organization and ascertains the influence of social mechanisms on the effectiveness of the company performance. The author formulates the goals and objectives of the social policy of modern Russian organizations, the main of which are to improve the quality of employees’ life, to reduce turnover, to improve productivity, to create the image of the organization as a socially-oriented one caring about its employees.
