CULTURE OF THE TEACHER’S PERSONALITY: STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS

Abstract. The author pays attention to an apparent contradiction: the assertion of the role of culture as the basic mechanism of transformations in society and the lack of attention to the study of the culture of the teacher’s personality in his/her system integrity. The article presents a model of the culture of the teacher (variant) as a modification of the human culture model (invariant). The research is devoted to the identification and substantiation of the qualitative characteristics of each of the five potentials of the teacher’s personal culture, the content of which is determined by his/her professional activity.
