Abstract. The article aims to identify means for the ethical regulation of organizational conflicts. The authors emphasize that the most efficient way of the ethical regulation of conflicts is their prevention, which can take the form of a new ethical labour contract aimed at the humanization of the organization’s policy. The paper examines the reasons and basic types of conflicts, dilemmas and ethical means to solve them.
