SOCIOLOGY IN TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT: FROM THEORETICAL REFLECTION TO INSTRUMENTS OF SOCIOLOGICAL IMAGINATION FORMATION

Abstract. The analysis of literary text is considered as an example of multilevel social reality modeling in the unity of theoretical reflection and plot-figurative means. The adequacy of artistic and figurative modeling to the content and functions of the sociological way of thinking is grounded. The conclusion about the prospects of literary texts use as one of the instruments for the formation of "sociological imagination" while teaching sociology in the technical higher education establishment in the context of common cultural competence formation is drawn.
