SPECIFICS OF LYRICAL AND TRAGIC TYPE OF ONE-PART SONATA DRAMATURGY (BY THE MATERIAL OF PIANO SONATAS BY N. MYASKOVSKY)

Abstract. The article examines the compositional and dramaturgic peculiarities of one-part sonatas by N. Myaskovsky. Relying on the analysis of the sonatas fis-moll op. 13 and c-moll op. 19 the author identifies the specific features of one-part sonata dramaturgy in the composer’s creative work. The paper characterizes the peculiarities of the dramaturgic development of the lyrical and tragic type of the one-part sonata. The researcher focuses on the innovative principles of one-part sonata dramaturgy formulated by N. Myaskovsky in accordance with the conceptual guidelines of his creative work.
