Abstract. The article presents the results of the investigation of time as a moment of creation. The paper analyzes the chronometric structure of the moment of the expression and understanding of sense, investigates event-trigger time as a measure of scientific and technical forms. On the basis of the analysis of the moment of perception and understanding the author examines the re-perception of the constant forms of presentations. The investigation results in the description of the law of forming the temporal structure of sense at the moment of understanding.
