ARBITRAL PROCEDURAL LAW UNDER REFORMING CIVIL JURISDICTION SYSTEM

Abstract. The article is devoted to the discussion of the issue about the influence of civil jurisdiction reforming on the branch of arbitral procedural law and the subject of the science of the same name. The abolition of the Superior Arbitrage of the Russian Federation will cause, in the author’s opinion, the merger of regular courts and arbitrages into the single branch of judiciary system and the problem of the further existence of arbitral procedural law as an independent branch. Debating with the supporters of adopting the single code of civil justice the author is against such a decision in near-term outlook and for the preservation of the Arbitral Procedural Code of the Russian Federation as the procedural basis for arbitrages’ activity under new conditions.
