PROBLEMS AND TASKS OF IMPROVING CHARACTER BUILDING INSTITUTION IN THE MODERN RUSSIAN ARMY

Abstract. The author analyzes the problems of character building in the modern Russian army, understanding the tasks it faces, reveals a number of factors that negatively affect the state of the Russian army, and concludes that the solution of the main tasks at the present stage of the army development should be aimed at achieving the major goals, among which considers increasing the army functionality as a social institution and strengthening the defensive capacity, strength and stability of the state.
