ETHICAL-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF CONFLICTS MANAGEMENT VARIETIES AND METHODS IN ECONOMIC SPHERE

Abstract. Analyzing conflicts from ethical-philosophical position, the author emphasizes that many of them are not only permissible but also desirable because they provide information on the state of affairs in an organization in economic sphere, allow to reveal moral problems hidden from the eyes, negative, disharmonizing processes, points of view on certain events; and shows that ethical type conflicts contribute to the increase of activity and motivation to work, skills improvement, stimulate debate and curiosity, the formation of new ideas and value alternatives of organization development, the growth of changes capability, decisions quality improvement.
