Abstract. The author conducts the analysis of management and organizational cultures theories, which have been focused on classical and neoliberal economic theories up to the present moment and have denied culture significance for economy development, reveals the theoretical weakness of classical and neoliberal economic theories, and shows their inability to find the rational reason of failures in international cooperation, companies merges and multicultural working teams disintegration, which become more frequent in these latter days.
