ETHICAL-PHILOSOPHICAL CONSIDERATION OF MORAL CONFLICTS ORIGIN AND RESOLUTION PROBLEMS IN MANAGEMENT SPHERE

Abstract. The author considers the management sphere activity, related to conflict resolution, gives conflict situations classification, studies different ways and methods of their resolution, shows ethical conflicts origins and concludes that the objective prerequisites for such conflicts origin in management sphere are connected to the main management activity task, which comes down to the ensuring of the task-oriented, coordinated work of both individual participants of collaborative labour and labour teams as a whole.
