Modern Woman’s Novel: Its Plot and Compositional Originality (by the Material of J. Taschler’s Novel "Die Deutschlehrerin")

Abstract. The purpose of the study is to identify the plot and compositional features of J. Taschler’s novel "Die Deutschlehrerin". The paper is novel in that it is the first to make an attempt to identify compositional features of the work ("Die Deutschlehrerin") written by the modern Austrian writer J. Taschler, who is little-known in Russia. As a result, the researcher has ascertained that the composition of the literary work "Die Deutschlehrerin" determines its unity, coherence and integrity, while the use of the combination of various compositional elements by the writer stimulates and structures perception of the work.
