RECEPTION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF J. BOBROWSKI’S ARTISTIC EXPERIENCE IN THE POST-WAR GERMAN LITERATURE (THE 1950-1970S)

Abstract. The article examines the literary context of Eastern Germany of the 1950-1970s with a view to identify the level of perception, reinterpretation and revision of artistic experience of the famous writer J. Bobrowski. The interest in the creative work of the neohistorical novel author, his individual style is conditioned by the fact that J. Bobrowski’s style synthesizes traditional methods and innovative elements united by a common artistic conception of history. The writer’s creative heritage is relevant and clearly traceable in E. Strittmatter’s, F. F?hmann’s, J. Becker’s novels.
