EMOTIONAL INTERJECTIONS IN THE ENGLISH, RUSSIAN AND SPANISH LANGUAGES (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE BOOK "PRIDE AND PREJUDICE" BY J. AUSTEN)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the comparative study of the emotional interjections, used in Jane Austen’s book "Pride and Prejudice", and their translations into Russian and Spanish, as well as to the identification of the semantic features of the interjections under consideration. The topicality of this study is conditioned by the fact that the incorrect translation of interjections can lead to a partial loss of meaning and not give the recipient the communicative effect that the writer intended to achieve. The results of the work are that the authors have revealed the differences and similarities of the studied interjections with their equivalents given in the translations of the book into Russian and Spanish.
