LEXICAL AND CULTURAL ASPECTS OF THE DESCRIPTION OF HISTORICISMS (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE RUSSIAN AND CHINESE LANGUAGES)

Abstract. The article examines historicisms of the modern Russian and Chinese languages in the lexical and cultural aspects. The research is carried out on the basis of the analysis of dictionaries of the Russian and Chinese languages in accordance with the available classifications of lexical units that passed out of active use and became the passive language reserve. The authors draw a conclusion about the important role of the description and study of historicisms for the practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language and translation practice.
