TEACHING POSTGRADUATES-LAWYERS TO RECOGNIZE AND ANALYZE PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS IN A LITERARY TEXT AT THE ENGLISH LESSONS

Abstract. The article shows the possibility to use literary text when teaching English to postgraduates-lawyers. The author describes the work to form postgraduates’ search skills focused on recognizing and analyzing English phraseological units and adopting the techniques to translate them into Russian. The paper emphasizes the role of context when translating phraseological unit.
