SEMANTIC DESCRIPTION OF PHYTONYMS IN THE YAKUT-TURKISH LEXICAL PARALLELS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the description of lexical and semantic parallels in the names of phytonyms of the Yakut and Turkish languages in comparison with the Old Turkic language. An analysis is made of the quantitative correlation of lexical parallels in the Yakut, Turkish and Old Turkic languages within the framework of ideographic groups "Trees", "Shrubs", "Herbs". The paper considers and establishes the character of stability and variability of the semantic features of the lexical correspondences under investigation.
