SPECIFICITY OF HYPERTEXT TRANSLATION (BY THE MATERIAL OF CINEMATIC TEXT OF THE FILM BY T. BURTON "ALICE IN WONDERLAND" AND ITS TRANSLATION INTO RUSIAN)

Abstract. The article considers hypertextuality - one of the types of intertextual relations revealed by G. Genette. It examines the relationship between the texts, one of which (hypertext) is based on another (hypotext) and between the hypertext and its translation. The analysis shows that in the translation of the hypertext its connections with the hypotext are transformed, which leads to the semantic shift of the translated work. The strategy under study can reduce the degree of semantic differences between the hypertext and its translation.
