USING INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES WHILE RAISING THE QUALITY OF MILITARY STUDENTS’ TRAINING

Abstract. The article examines the innovative technology to create the educational achievement bank which includes the student’s portfolio as a form of reflective self-assessment of the individual educational achievements. The author analyzes the stages of portfolio formation: motivational and introductory, informational and purposeful, formative, criterial-evaluative, pragmatic, presentational, evaluative-reflexive. The paper proposes the basic principles to evaluate the portfolio materials and the principles to introduce the future military specialist‘s portfolio on the discipline "Foreign language".
