"LITAUISCHE CLAVIERE" AND GERMAN-LITHUANIAN NATIONAL CONFLICT: ARTISTIC PROBLEMATICS OF THE NOVEL

Abstract. The article presents the problematics of "Litauische Claviere" connected with the specificity of the artistic interpretation of national history by J. Bobrowski. The German writer from Eastern Prussia particularly highlights the historical events of pre-war Germany. A part of the "unconquerable" past of the German history is connected with the destinies of the heroes of his novels and short stories.
