ON TRANSLATION TRANSFORMATIONS WHILE TRANSFERRING JURIDICAL TEXT FROM ENGLISH INTO RUSSIAN (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS)

Abstract. The article focuses on the problem of quality of juridical translation from English into Russian. The authors analyzed the prevalent translation transformations while transferring juridical text used by the professional translators, identified the most frequent techniques used on translating juridically oriented texts.
