REFLEXIVE PRONOUN IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AND ITS ANALOGUES IN THE KUMYK

Abstract. The article aims to analyze syntactic functions of reflexive pronouns in the Kumyk and Russian languages. The author argues that manifestation of reflexivity as a grammatical category in the Kumyk language is accumulated in the structure of verbal and deverbal word-form while in the Russian language this meaning can be transferred also by the reflexive pronoun "oneself".
