Abstract. The article deals with the problem of creating an English (original) software text with the help of which the interaction of the company-developer with the users is carried out. The author defines the concept of "software text" and formulates the constitutive rules of its creation. The research results are illustrated by the English (original) texts in the web browsers of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.
