TRANSLATION OF THE ENGLISH POLITICALLY CORRECT VOCABULARY IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE: BASIC METHODS AND CHALLENGES

Abstract. Based on the analysis of English politically correct words and phrases, the main methods of translation of English politically correct vocabulary into the Russian language with a brief description and examples are highlighted. It is concluded that the main difficulty of the translation of English politically correct vocabulary into the Russian language is to preserve the connotation of political correctness in cases when it is necessary.
