Abstract. The article analyzes the lectures for the specialists with the higher and secondary medical education, lectures for the patients, medical instructions for the drugs and their flyers. Comparing the original texts and their adapted versions the author identifies that the orientation to the wide range of readers results in the simplification of terminology and syntax, there is a tendency to avoid the speculative or abstract conceptions, to rely on the objective-sensual experience, to focus on the potential patient.
