FEATURES OF TEACHING CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE CLASSES IN NONLINGUISTIC HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract. The article considers the features of the development of cross-cultural competence of students in foreign language classes in nonlinguistic higher education establishment. Particular attention is paid to cultural differences in the business environment, the metaphorical nature of professional jargon in situations of cross-cultural communication, taking into account the specifics of the native and studied linguistic cultures during the development of the problem of teaching cross-cultural communication.
