THE AUTHORS’ INTERPRETATIONS OF NON-VERBAL SIGNS IN A LITERARY TEXT

Abstract. The article offers a new approach to the interpretation of a literary text, containing the descriptions of non-verbal signs, - through the system of "authors’ clues". By the material of fragments of fiction works it is shown how the authors’ interpretations serve for decoding indirect and implicit meanings of the text and allow giving a better representation of the image, character and features of the personage.
