THE STRUCTURAL COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CATEGORY OF COMPARISON AND WAYS OF ITS EXPRESSION IN THE RUSSIAN AND PERSIAN LANGUAGES

Abstract. The article examines comparison as one of the fundamental and universal language categories. The means of its expression in the Russian and Persian languages are analyzed in comparison. The use of a comparative and typological method of analysis of language units shows that in both languages this category finds its reflection at all language levels: morphological, syntactic, lexical and word-formative.
