ON THE PROBLEM OF FORMING THE JURIDICAL TERMINOLOGICAL SYSTEM IN THE MODERN OSSETIAN LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article examines the problems of forming juridical terminological system of the Ossetian language, explores the methods for the formation of terms and their lexicographic representation. By the example of the modern lexicographic editions the authors introduce the methods for equivalent translation of the terms into the Ossetian language, argue for the necessity to broaden the word lists of the bilingual dictionaries of the Ossetian language. The terminology is analyzed as a special stratum of the vocabulary the study of which allows broadening the functions of a language itself and outlining the positive dynamics in the development of its lexical system.
