ORGANIZATION OF ACTIVITY ON DEVELOPING THE VALUE ATTITUDE TO THE PROFESSION WITH THE STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER SCHOOL (BY THE MATERIAL OF LANGUAGE FACULTIES)

Abstract. The article reveals the essence of the concept "value attitude to the profession" with the students of pedagogical higher school. The author pays special attention to the point that value attitude to the profession is developed by admitting himself an expert, by perceiving himself as a valuable subject of professional activity. Organization of activity on developing value attitude to the profession with the students of pedagogical higher school is ensured by the variability of suggested forms of group interaction, discussions, conducting business and role games, application of active methods of teaching, creative projects, techniques of public speaking, micro-teaching. Distinguished forms are based on creative, productive thinking, behaviour, communication and allow revising the internal attitude of the future teacher towards the different aspects of his individual "Ego" in the professional activity.
