INTERTEXTUAL TRANSFORMATION OF PLOT ABOUT FAUST IN F. M. DOSTOYEVSKY’S WORKS

Abstract. In the article the phenomenon of intertext and intertextuality as a literary discourse characteristic of F. M. Dostoevsky’s works is considered. It opens the perspectives of a new interpretating approach in the study of F. M. Dostoevsky’s works. On the basis of considering the transformation problem of the plot about Faust in F. M. Dostoevsky’s works the conclusions about intertextual (dialogic) interaction between the texts of the Russian and European literature are made.
