BLOG AS A MEANS FOR ELECTRONIC ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING

Abstract. The article examines network discourse, introduces its definition, presents a classification of the types of computer discourse. The special attention is paid to the blog and specifics of using blogs in foreign language teaching which is based on the person-oriented approach. The latter motivates learners to design themes of new podcasts thus promoting formation of communicative competence.
