FUNCTIONAL-PRAGMATIC SPECIFICITY OF CONTAMINATED PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS (BY THE MATERIAL OF PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS OF HYPER-TROPE TYPE)

Abstract. The authors present the structural-semantic and functional analysis of phraseological units by researching tropes, which form the structure of phraseological unit; by the example of usual phraseological units illustrate that phraseological figurativeness can be based both on tropes and on the figures of speech, as well as their contaminations; in the course of the research derive the schematic typology of different elocutionary contaminations of phraseological units, and pay considerable attention to phraseological unit functionality as the means of pragmatic impact.
