"HUMAN RIGHTS" NOTION REPRESENTATION BY MEANS OF ENGLISH PHRASEOLOGY: LINGUO-HISTORICAL ASPECT

Abstract. The author considers the problem of the interconnection between language and society through the realization of the notion "human rights" by means of the English phraseology, mentions the necessity to take into account extra-linguistic factors while considering language moments, and gives historical excursus, emphasizing the features of the British legal system.
