Abstract. Relevance of the subject is in the fact that the level of personnel’s adoption of transformations influences the organization’s competitiveness. The article aims to develop rational policy to introduce a new project to personnel. The authors examined "21 days" methodology by Maxwell Maltz and the "method of motives" by David Gleicher with a view to identify whether it would be reasonable to introduce them in the organization in the period of changes. The analysis indicates that each methodology has its own peculiarities and specificity of each of them should be considered when choosing the optimal one. The paper also formulates general recommendations promoting implementation of innovations in the organization.
