OPTIMIZATION OF SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN WOMEN’S TEAM

Abstract. This article discusses the characteristic of social-psychological climate of the women’s team and causes of its insufficient study and presentation in psychological theory and practice. On the basis of the revealed features of the women’s team the author formulates a series of measures to optimize its social-psychological climate.
