ON NEED FOR NEW APPROACHES IN WORK OF SUPERVISORY, REGULATORY AUTHORITIES AND LAW MACHINERY

Abstract. The article considers the need for new approaches in the work of supervisory, regulatory authorities and law machinery, and estimates the possibility of using the means of the automation and application of statistical methods to increase the efficiency of the work of supervisory, regulatory authorities and law machinery. The author also touches on the issues of the formalization of information and evidentiary field of economic activity fragment.
