STUDENTS’ PROFESSIONAL-SUBJECTIVE POSITION FORMATION IN PROCESS OF PRACTICALLY ORIENTED ACTIVITY

Abstract. In the article the statement about the effectiveness of the professional-subjective position activation of the students of "Work Organization with Young People" training direction by means of traineeship inclusion in milieu areas, youth forums is formulated. The authors show how it directly influences professionally meaningful competences development and the increase of motivation for professional activity implementation. The main pedagogical conditions of subjective position formation in the process of students’ practically oriented activity are singled out.
