GLUCOSE AND ASCORBIC ACID OF RICE STRATIFIED SORTS OF MARITIME TERRITORY

Abstract. Glucose and ascorbic acid content is researched in the seeds and germs of six sorts of rice stratified in Maritime Territory. Relatively distinct correlation between the quantitative content of glucose and ascorbic acid wasn’t revealed in the seeds. The conducted research allows considering the further study and estimation of rice maritime sorts according to bio-chemical indicators as the most perspective.
