Abstract. Argentum nanoparticles are synthesized by argentic nitrate reduction with glucose. The physical-chemical research of the synthesized sols of argentum nanoparticles is conducted with the methods of optical spectroscopy, electron spectroscopy, and synchronous thermal analysis. It is ascertained that in the package containing argentum nanoparticles milk acidity grows on slower.
