Abstract. The article reveals the forms and techniques of the personally oriented interaction of the teacher and the student in the context of the actualized idea of modern education humanization, and also the ways of pedagogical maintenance of students aimed at starting the mechanisms of trainees’ self-development and target orientation, which can be used by a higher school teacher.
