COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE OPINION OF THE HIGHER SCHOOL STUDENTS OF NABEREZHNYE CHELNY AND BOLOGNA CITIES ON IMMIGRATION RISKS

Abstract. The article presents the results of the comparative study of Russian and Italian students’ opinion on migration processes. The paper is based on the data of the author’s original sociological survey conducted at the higher schools of the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny and Bologna (Italy) in 2013. The research was aimed to identify the intensity of the interaction of the student youth and immigrants and to evaluate the level of xenophobia / tolerance in the students’ environment. The author focuses on the students’ opinion regarding possible socio-political migration risks.
