Abstract. The author discusses the ontological origins of the aesthetics of virtual, mentions that the aesthetic givens of virtual are resistant to objectification and any attempts of their rationalization, reveals the aesthetics of virtual as the ontology of the sensory given of Other, and emphasizes the need for the aesthetic transformation of the created virtual world within the framework of destructive processes leveling, human life harmonization and improvement.
