"POETICAL ESCAPE": POET AND REALITY IN THE LYRICS BY A. S. PUSHKIN

Sulemina Oksana Vladimirovna
Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering

Abstract. The article makes an attempt to observe the interaction of Pushkin’s lyrical subject-poet with the objective reality. The author reveals two possible methods for such interaction, but each of them supposes the possibility of "poetical escape" from the reality. It is either spatial ("horizontal") movement or transition by imagination into the "Fairyland" of poetry ("vertical" movement). The poet tends to separate himself from the surroundings because his creative work is aimed at the acquisition of freedom in his own creative space.
Key words and phrases: лирический субъект, поэт, пророк, воображение, художественная реальность, "южная" лирика, lyrical subject, poet, prophet, imagination, artistic reality, "southern" lyrics
